The International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease's (The Union) International Management Development Programme (IMDP) will hold a training course on Strategic Planning and Innovation, from 3-7 July 2017, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This five-day course focuses on bringing a creative mindset to organisations and slowly infusing a culture of innovation within. Using real time examples, the course seeks to bring about actionable change in the way that each participant thinks, creating a road map from creativity to strategy using experiential methodology.

Strategic organisational leaders, decision makers and thought leaders, who are responsible for the formulation of organisational or programme strategy and who lead organisations at regional, national and international levels.
Accreditation:
IMDP participants are eligible to earn continuing education units (CEU) and continuing medical education (CME). The IMDP is accredited by both the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) and the European Board for Accreditation in Pneumology (EBAP).
